The purpose and power of Megan’s practice is putting into form the formless — dancing at the edge, entering the creative zone, and moving from the known into the unknown. Her methods emphasize process-oriented practices that center creativity, reflective insight, and embodied community.
She looks forward to meeting the women of Campowerment on the dance floor for a 5Rhythms® Waves journey! To find your dance is to find yourself, at your most fluid and creative level. While the practice itself is the essence of simplicity, it has the power to catalyze deep healing and creative expression.
“The 5Rhythms® is a simple, powerful moving meditation that anyone – of any age, size, or physical ability – can practice. There are no steps to follow, no choreography to learn, no way to do it wrong. The only requirement is a body that is still breathing, a heart that is still beating, and a mind that is still curious!” –Gabrielle Roth
